"Keep It Simple Stupid" is a saying that has been around for ever.
You can use this principle for your health. Why complicate things? Our God made things wonderfully simple to understand. He made the earth and everything in it wonderfully good.
Remember these principles and your health will come back and stay back, forever:
1. Eat right: Vegies, Fruit, and lean meats 90% of the time. Allow yourself some fun time, 10%.
2. Move right: make sure you can allways stretch your muscles out to their normal length. Tone your muscles with a little exercise. Make sure you get some cardio-exercise in on a regular basis. Again, allow yourself some relaxation days(fun time) during the week.
3. Think right: Read good books on how to stay positive and strong. Read the good book. Don't be judgemental and negative. Pray/meditate, it's the same thing. Take more vacations(fun time).
4. Get to the chiropractor. Find one who is a good health coach for your personality type. Get adjusted at least twice a month, depending on your circumstances. This action will keep your innate flowing and the nerves healthy.
That's it in a nutshell. Keep it simple and don't complicate it with a bunch of questions.
Often times people will try to complicate things to the point that they don't do anything.
All the books, all the doctors advice, all the infomercials and "experts", say the same thing.
Eat better , move more, and think better.
Done, finished, end of story.
