About Dr. David Eckerson

Dr. David Eckerson went to Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles. Graduated in 1987 with a B.Sc. in Human Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. Since graduating, Dr. Eckerson has been in private practice over twenty years with two offices in Ventura county.

Dr. Eckerson spent four years with the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association as their onsite doctor. This gave him invaluable experience with many different types of injuries.

Dr. Eckerson is a consultant to many companies and helps to reduce thier on the job injuries. He also speaks to groups of people on the benefits of healthy living habits. He is available for seminars.

When treating patients, Dr. Eckerson takes a personal interest in you and your conditions. He saw the medical model for health destroy his own mothers life and has made it his mission to keep as many people as possible, out of the doctors office by promoting a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Eckerson saw his mother treated for headaches and not once was she ever referred to a chiropractor. She was given drugs, had surgeries performed, and more drugs on top of drugs. She was even sent to psychiatrists because "it was all in her head". After forty years of mismanagement, she died from complications due to drugs damaging her internal organs. She was 64.
